When purchasing an exclusive downloadable lifetime access to all 23 interviews and presentations of the conference on the Site www.theartandscienceofshamanism.com, the Buyer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale set out below.

Article 1 - Identification of the Seller
The exclusive downloadable Lifetime Access to all 23 interviews and presentations of the conference on the Site www.theartandscienceofshamanism.com is sold by VOYAGE CELESTE ("VOYAGE CELESTE", "we", or "us") – a simplified single shareholder company - whose registered office is at 1 RUE JEANNE BAUDOT 78430 LOUVECIENNES, under the RCS of Versailles number 948 298 559, and represented by Mrs. Céline ROCHE. Article 2 - Definitions
"Buyer" refers to the legal entity or individual having placed an Order to purchase the unlimited access to the Conference from the Seller. "Conference" means the conference accessible on the Website www.theartandscienceofshamanism.com, as defined in Section 7 of the T&Cs.
"Delivery" means the act by which Seller delivers the codes and/or downloadable files for unlimited access to the Conference to the Buyer.
"Order" refers to the contractual method by which the Buyer purchases unlimited access to the Conference from the Seller.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An "identifiable natural person" is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
"Party(ies)" means, in the singular, individually the Buyer or the Seller and, in the plural, jointly the Buyer and the Seller.
"Site" or “Website” refers to Conference website, accessible at the following address: www.theartandscienceofshamanism.com
"Seller" refers to VOYAGE CELESTE, a simplified single shareholder company, whose registered office is at 1 RUE JEANNE BAUDOT 78430 LOUVECIENNES, under the RCS of Versailles number 948 298 559, and represented by Mrs. Céline ROCHE.
"T&Cs" means these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3 - Purpose
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the Orders of the unlimited access to the Conference and is applicable to the relation between the Buyer and the Seller.
The confirmation of an Order by the Buyer implies the acceptance of these T&Cs and the recognition of having full knowledge of them. All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall be considered as proof of the transaction.
Article 4 - Order
The Seller offers to acquire unlimited access to the Conference, as defined in Article 7 of the T&Cs.
The Buyer goes to the Site to request an Order by following the procedure detailed below:
- Selection of the Lifetime Access to the Conference and addition to the basket;
- Confirmation of the contents of the basket;
- Redirection to a page summarizing the details of the basket and the price;
- Fill in the contact details of the Buyer;
- Selection of the payment method;
- Confirmation and payment of the Order.
In the event of non-payment, partial payment, or payment incident, Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order and/or Delivery. Any fraudulent Order or presumed fraudulent Order shall be deemed null and void by the Seller.
Article 5 - Price and Payment Methods
Prices appears on the Website and are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of VAT, taxes, or other levies, taxes and other contributions like the Buyer's country.
The payment is made immediately:
- by credit card via Stripe; or
- via PayPal.
Article 6 – Delivery
Interviews and presentations will be posted to the exclusive lifetime access page within 48 hours (2 days) after they initially air during The Art and Science of Shamanism Global Conference.
The Buyer will receive an email containing the access code to the lifetime access page containing the downloadable mp3 (audio) and mp4 (video) files for all 23 interviews and presentations.
The Buyer is advised to check his "junk mail" or "commercial" or "spam" folder.
Article 7 - Unlimited access to the Conference
The unlimited access to the Conference gives an exclusive downloadable lifetime access to all 23 interviews and presentations of The Art and Science of Shamanism Global Conference of the Site www.theartandscienceofshamanism.com, so the Buyer can watch and listen to them as many times as he or she wishes.
Article 8 - Force majeure
Any event of force majeure, in accordance with Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, will have the effect of suspending the execution of the obligations of the Seller until the cessation of such event.
Article 9 - Intellectual property rights
All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images, animated or not, video sequences, sounds, as well as all the computer applications which could be used to operate the Website www.theartandscienceofshamanism.com more generally all the elements reproduced or used on the Website are protected by the laws in force regarding intellectual property.
They are the full and complete property of VOYAGE CELESTE or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the VOYAGE CELESTE, is strictly prohibited.
The fact that VOYAGE CELESTE does not initiate proceedings as soon as he becomes aware of these unauthorized uses does not mean that VOYAGE CELESTE accepts the said uses and waives any legal proceedings.
In particular, the written or video content accessible by buying the unlimited access to the Conference is the exclusive property of VOYAGE CELESTE. These T&Cs only grant the user a right to access this content, to the exclusion of any other right.
Consequently, the user and the Buyer is not authorized to transfer, transmit, lend, rent, distribute the content contained therein to a third party, or make them available to a third party in any way, whether free of charge or against payment.
Article 10 - Technical information on the use of the files
The Conference files are downloadable by mp3 (audio) and mp4 (video) files for all 23 interviews and presentations.
Article 11 - Protection of Personal Data
The Personal Data collected on the Buyer are the subject of a data-processing treatment carried out by the Seller, which acts as person in charge of treatment.
The Personal Data collected are essential to the processing of his request in order to carry out the contract.
This Personal Data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. It will be kept for as long as necessary for the execution of the Contract and any guarantees that may apply at the end of the Contract.
The person responsible for processing Personal Data is VOYAGE CELESTE- simplified single shareholder company - whose registered office is at 1 RUE JEANNE BAUDOT 78430 LOUVECIENNES, under the RCS of Versailles number 948 298 559, and represented by Mrs. Céline ROCHE.
Access to Personal Data is strictly limited to the employees of the data controller, authorized to process them because of their functions.
The information collected may be communicated to third parties linked to the data controller by contract for the execution of subcontracted tasks, without the Buyer's authorization being necessary.
In accordance with the law n 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as modified by the law n 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, and by the European Regulation n 2016/.679, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion, and portability of the data concerning him/her, as well as the right to object to the processing for a legitimate reason, rights which he/she can exercise by contacting the data controller, whose contact details are shown on the Site and on the Privacy Policy
In case of complaint, the Buyer may contact the French National Commission for Data Processing and Liberties (CNIL).
The conditions of collection and processing are defined in the Privacy Policy that each Buyer is required to accept at the time of the Order. The Privacy Policy can also be consulted at any time from the Seller's Site on the link dedicated to this purpose, located at the bottom of the home page.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Seller's registered office, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular legal or regulatory text.
